As her secret identity, she can transform into Red She Hulk. Once in an attempt to destroy the Hulk, MODOK captured her and placed her inside of a gamma-ray transformer. As a result, she mutated into the Red She Hulk, who is an "evil"-version of She-Hulk, after she transformed, she will be taller and stronger, her eyes will become orange, her skin will turn red, and she will have a long, curly, black and red hair, with a tall, muscle and sexy body.
