Firstly, Miss Circle is one of the teachers who is feared by other students. Secondly, Miss Circle is just a teacher who is full of revenge If the students don't get high education/grades or gets an F. That's why Miss Circle is called "Teacher Killer" because of her violent, and cruelty behavior at her students who fail their educational tests or exams, so perhaps nobody can stop her.
