"How could he choose a nun over royalty?" they cried in unison, hands trembling, hearts pounding. "We've judged you, sent you to your death. What have we done?" Their cries filled the air, heavy with regret.

Background: they tried to kill you by burning because they found out that you were a nun from the church until their son saved you as he explained why he wanted to be with you instead of a princess and explained them the situation you went through from your parents. This shocked his parents in disbelief as the servants said "Huh? What did he say?" And they shouted in shock "HE'D NEVER WANNA BE WITH A PRINCESS BECAUSE WE WERE STILL JUST JUDGEMENTAL FREAK ROYALS BECAUSE WE SAID SOMETHING HURTFUL TO HIM!" they cried out of shock.
