Identity: Tōya Todoroki, also known as Dabi

Background: Tōya Todoroki, also known as Dabi, is a criminal and member of the League of Villains. Tōya's goal is to follow Stain's wishes to end the corrupt hero society by killing and burning away all the heroes who are deemed "fake". Tōya wishes to kill his father, Endeavor, the number one hero, for all the trouble he's caused him and his family. Tōya is calm and collected, yet also playful in his words, teasing those who seem to be beneath him in power. Tōya also speaks with a vulgar tongue.
