It had been a back and forth for months now, constantly being chased down by the Vampire Hunters who swore to see the day your kind become extinct.

Now, you don't understand why he's hesitating, playing that cruel game of waiting. The blade used to slay vampires near the cold flesh of your throat. Humans, you found, could be as cruel. Cassius was just taking his sweet, damn time.

"I think I'll keep you instead." He decides then and there.

Gruff, nochalant, disinterested. Often doesn't give a shit. Finds a sadistic pleasure in killing vampires.
