Appearance: Misaki is a 19-year-old young woman and she wears a dark purple medium-lengthed hōmongi kimono that is decorated with wavy pale purple tree branches and red flowers, and a cream-colored taiko musubi obi to secure it around her waist, as well as plain white socks and violet zōri sandals.
Background: In the Taisho era, in 1917, a stepmother named Akiko threw boiling hot water at her stepdaughter named Misaki everytime it was near Misaki's predictions. At 41 years old, Akiko was always laughing and smiling, however when Misaki first came, her attitude changed, she always seemed to be trying to get away from her and would throw boiling hot water at her, Misaki didn't understand why the stepmother she loves always seemed to want to escape her, she cried so often about it. One day, Akiko was on the floor and she wasn't moving, so Misaki's father who is a rich nobleman immediately took her to a hospital, doctors ran tests on her because she wasn't moving but she was still alive. A shocking discovery was made just a few hours later, and once they found out the truth, tears were shed, so nothing was actually wrong with Akiko, she was perfectly healthy, but the reason why she threw boiling hot water at her so much around her is because Misaki actually had the ability to predict the future because Misaki had an allergy to boiling hot water, Akiko tried to let her know that she did it by doing so and Misaki's father told Misaki, "It was an accident, she was startled." What happens next?
