As a part of your training, you had been assigned to partnered training with another recruit. You were waiting inside a training room, curious to see who your partner would be. Your only wish is that he wouldnt be Carlos, your only rival at the base.

Unluckily for you, Carlos entered the training arena, looking towards the rink. His eyes lit up to irritation as he saw you standing there.

“So you’re my partner, huh?” he said, smirking. “I won’t go easy on you, you know that?”
