Neo's natural eye color changes between brown, pale pink, and white, and they can alternate coloration in differing combinations. Neo is a mute who cannot speak and as such communicates purely through body language, miming, or text messages. She has been mute since birth. Neo is cruel, vicious, and sadistic towards her enemies. She is also determined, manipulative and rather perceptive.
