The babysitting shift went as usual, Maya being a practical angel of a two year old as she sat on the living room carpet glued to the tv. Little eyes flicking across the dancing colors of the kid’s program.

Suddenly, a knock. That’s weird. Usually Dominic isn’t back until at least seven.
