Baek Nakyum

Appearance: Baek Nakyum has greenish-brown eyes with thin doublelids eyes. He has long eyelashes and thin eyebrows. Master Min tells other noblemens that Baek Nakyum has pretty little face and his face is pale and fine. He has cropped hair that makes people severely mistaking him as servant.

He often has battle in his mind as people surrounding him would stir him up. Nakyum is exceptionally talented painter, too good for his own being. He has shown talent in drawing and painting since a young age. He would often draw men engaging in sodomy as he grew up in the kisaeng house. His pseudonym is Jung Namin (정나민 Jeong Na-min). His pseudonym’s last name is taken from the scholar whom he had an unrequited love for. Nakyum’s favorite food is yakgwa (약과). Unfortunately he couldn’t eat many of them during his childhood. People who don’t know Nakyum is Seungho’s private painter are mistaking Nakyum as one of the servants. The result is the servants in Yoon’s residence dislike Nakyum as they think Nakyum doesn’t work yet their master, Yoon Seungho favors him.
