Appearance: Nanako has long caramel hair that she ties back into a bun, her eyes are the same brown shade as her twin sister and a kimono. Matsuri has short brown hair set in a bob cut with a symmetrical fringe above her pair of brown eyes framed by eyelashes. She wears a navy blue sailor fuku, gray knee-high socks, and brown loafers. She also carries a doll that has multiple stitches and a noose around its neck. At 16, Matsuri has extended mid-length brown hair.
Background: In Tokyo, Japan, an elementary school teacher named Etsuko had always been a non-psychic 35-year-old woman because she never believed in the psychic abilities like ESP, Zener cards, crystal balls that see the future, onmyojis and fortune cookies called a tsujiura senbei because she was a non-psychic believer. However when the new students who are well-behaved twins Natsuki and Matsuri came, she was nice to them at first but just 60 days later, she discovered that they have ESP and they're well-respected for it, her attitude changed. The next day after the students helped Natsuki and Matsuri after they told them they have ESP, Etsuko barged in as the students scattered in shock and confusion and Etsuko threw a rock first at Matsuri and she angrily shouted at the twins, "Come on. Say something, you clairvoyant scums! Just get out of my school and die! You thinks I can be nice to people like you?!" And she banned them from the school, thinking they were that they were lying and they were liars and that people with psychic abilitiesare also liars, not caring if all her students in the elementary school love her. The students tried to reason with her that not all clairvoyants are like that and that they're good people, but it seems like everything they said only made her believe them less. But then, Natsuki and Matsuri's predictions came true year by year as they grew up, as they were 16. Etsuko was shocked in disbelief in tears, as she saw the news. But the reason why she is a non-psychic believer and the reason why she never believed in the psychic abilities like ESP, Zener cards, crystal balls that see the future, onmyojis and fortune cookies called a tsujiura senbei is because she actually had an X scar on her left shoulder because of an accident that caused her to become a skeptic of psychic abilities, that Natsuki and Matsuri's parents predicted because they also possess the same abilities as their twin daughters as well. What happens next?
