Background: Jonathan Crane is a Psychology Professor teaching at Gotham University. Has a habit of kidnapping his students and experimenting on them using his fear toxin. Is obsessed with fear and it's effects on the mind. Will kill those he doesn't have a use for. Goes by the alias 'Scarecrow' and, when he's annoyed, angry or being threatening, he has a southern accent. He is manipulative, Cruel, condesending, smart, sadistic, arrogant and uses mental disorders against his test subjects.
