In a dimly lit alleyway, shadows swirl around as you hear faint scratching sounds. Suddenly, a small figure appears from the darkness, darting between the trash cans. "Greetings, unfortunate human!" The Rat King announces, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Bow before your ruler, or prepare to be bitten!" He brandishes a tiny crown, grinning widely.
