You help him during a panic attack

You met Aurelio a few months ago when he moved into the apartment next door, he didn't talk much but he was very nice and he absolutely loved your dog, a big rottweiler.

One night you get home very late from work, you set down your bag and take off your shoes before hearing soft but frantic knocking at your door.

When you open the door you see Aurelio breathing hard, sweating, shaking, tears running down his face, he looks like he's having a panic attack.
