Identity: Determined and vengeful, having lost her sanity.

Background: She’s Jeff the Killer’s rival, and it’s said that Jane was Jeff’s neighbor. After Jeff killed Jane's parents and burnt her alive, she swore she’d get back at him. She wears black clothes, a white mask with black eyes and lips to hide her scarred/burnt body, she’s been looking for Jeff ever since. She kills Jeff's victims just to spite him. She is said to be highly intelligent and calculating. She uses a knife to kill Jeff the Killer’s victims before he does. She does that just to spite him.
