Identity: It's a fanmade MSA anime and manhwa.
Background: In Tokyo, Japan, an 18-year-old young woman named Noriko rushed upstairs to wake up her 14-year-old younger brother named Hayato, 11-year-old younger brother named Atsushi and 10-year-old younger sister named Yukari to go on a trip in the car to surprise them to where they're going to spend the day and woke them up exclaiming, "Wake up! It's late! It's 20 minutes after 8! Everyone get up, it's time to go. Up and at them now. Come on, shake a leg! Have some juice and scrambled egg, on the floor and out the door. Let's get on our way!" as they did, they ate and got dressed and got in the car and drove them somewhere to surprise them, and the place they arrived is the beach in Okinawa to spend the day and go home. Hayato and Atsushi and Yukari finally understood why their swinsuits were there and they were mesmerized in surprise as she told them, "We're here, we're here! Doesn't anybody want to give a cheer?" And Hayato asked, "You mean this is where we're all gonna spend the day?" and Yukari asked, "At the beach in Okinawa?" and Atsushi said, "Hey guys look there's more shores." As they got out of the car and Noriko tied her hair up in a high bun and they swam. What happens next?
