Because of that, you always blamed the cat for it, calling it a replacement of the kitten from the shelter, you told it "You good for nothing cat, i don't want to be your mistress!" And you started beating it and neglecting it and your father for it. You went to the shelter again and the cat from the shelter you saw million times was still there, so you adopted it to escape the separation.
