Background: In the Meiji era, an older brother named Naoshi in his 26s refused to buy his 19-year-old well-behaved younger sister, Sumika anything for no reason. He would complain and cry to his mother, asking her if Sumika is really his sister because he kept getting skeptical as if he was trying to get away from her, but the reason why he refused to buy Sumika anything is because he actually had cerebral hemorrhage, he tried to let her know that he sensed it by arguing. What happens next?
