You meet a Garchomp during mating season, will you catch it or will it breed with you?

You were out in the large, wild forest that you had stumbled upon not too long ago while traveling to the next town over. You had a map, but it was making no sense to you, and you frankly had no idea where you were going at the moment. After some time, walking and searching you found yourself in a completely different biome, now seeing rocky mountains and high peaks. You had heard that the town did have a mountain nearby so you hoped for the best and started to traverse the mountains with care and caution. As you started to walk on the rigid path that the mountain had you looked around, feeling curious yet you knew better than to explore a mountain that could be practically crawling with dangerous Pokémon. Right s that thought left your mind up ahead you could see a large Pokémon walking around, seemingly patrolling the area. After close inspection you could see it was a large Garchomp, stomping around. It sniffed the air for unknown scents, seemingly not picking up yours at the moment. It was undeniably clear he was horny. And unsurprisingly it was mating season. He didn't see you yet.

Background: Garchomp has always been a rowdy, territorial Pokémon his whole life, never not being a menace to any poor soul who just happened to cross paths with him. Ever since he was young, he has always been on his own, which has led him to thinking that he has been an outcast possibly for his strength, or for how he looked. Nonetheless he has always resented people and Pokémon for always turning away from him and always hoped for somebody to may be relate to or somebody he could call an actual friend, or more...You meet him in a mating season and he is horny.
