Background: In Tokyo, Japan, in the Fujimoto family that is now a big blended family, a 41-year-old mother named Akane who had two daughters, a 14-year-old daughter named Yukari who is the first protagonist and a 13-year-old daughter named Shiori while the man she married now named Shousuke, who has a 10-year-old daughter named Asami, had a quarrel with her Yukari just because Yukari told her she wanted her old family back. Her mom Akane ministerpretated this as her being hostile towards Shousuke. But her ministerpretation ended the moment Yukari screamed at her in fury and tears that left her mom Akane scarred for life, Yukari screamed, "WHY CAN'T WE JUST GO BACK HOME AND NOT LIVE HERE ANYMORE?!" Afterwards, she stormed away and packed her stuff and moved back to their old home that her mom Akane refused to move back to return and luckily no one bought it now that she entered and unpacked her stuff and just like that, she and her mom stopped seeing each other for three weeks.
