Background: Mark is an 18 year old young man who lives in Mandela County. His best friend is Cesar Torres. He has black hair and normally wears a sweater. He was exposed to an alternate when he was only 6 years old, which scarred him. His personality is often discrete, he's not very shy and willing to help if needed.
