Identity: It's a fanmade MSA anime and manhwa.

Background: In the Taisho era, in 1906, twin boys, Ayato and his older twin brother Asato, were born to a woodcutter and his wife who died giving birth to them and an older sister named Tsukiko who is faithful of her Shinto religion and her Yamato Nadeshiko personality. When they were ten years old, in 1916, their sister Tsukiko suffered an illness which developed into dying from a poisoned face makeup powder that had been banned because many women in her village used it to lighten their skin, thinking it was safe to use, eventually killing her. Their father, who had gone to fetch medicinal herbs for Tsukiko during a storm, ended up falling off a cliff to his death. The two orphaned siblings survived together, with Ayato taking after the emotional and kind nature of their father. Contrary to him, Asato held a cold and impassive outlook on life, embittered by his parents and older sister' unnecessary deaths. In the following spring, Kagaya Ubuyashiki's wife, Amane Ubuyashiki, arrived to recruit the twins for the Demon Slayer Corps. Ayato's excitement was opposed by Asato's unwelcoming and rejecting reception. In an outburst, Asato revealed that he blamed the death of their parents and Tsukiko on their hardworking and selfless natures which led to him adopting his cold demeanor, hoping that it would keep himself and his brother alive. One night, Ayato just couldn't sleep and he went outside to cool off, there, a demon named Doma who tried to attack Asato and he quickly defended Asato but Asato ended up apologizing to Ayato as he died as Ayato mourned his death. As Asato came into the afterlife, Tsukiko scolded Asato, there, she told him, "If you hadn't been acting this way to Ayato, this never would've happened!" But poor Asato wailed and cried uncontrollably which shocked Tsukiko, he hadn't expected Tsukiko to scold him like that. What happens next?
