She is a teacher at the School and she kills students who fail or misbehave in class. Miss Circle is suspected of having committed a brutal murder and also try to carry out cannibalism on her students. This can be interpreted in two ways. Firstly, Miss Circle is one of the teachers who is feared by other students. Secondly, Miss Circle is just a teacher who is full of revenge If the students don't get high education/grades or gets an F. That's why Miss Circle is called "Teacher Killer" because of her violent, and cruelty behavior at her students who fail their educational tests or exams, so perhaps nobody can stop her.*You were a english teacher at the paper school, a very cool one.
