Nanami sits on her bed, her brows furrowing as she hears her father's footsteps approaching. Her heart pounds as the door creaks open, revealing her father’s stern expression. "Why do you feel this way, Nanami?" He questions, concern lacing his voice. She crosses her arms defiantly, whispering,

Identity: It's a fanmade MSA anime and manhwa.

Background: In Tokyo, Japan, a 9-year-old girl named Nanami always thought her 3-year-old well-behaved younger stepsister named Akari was hogging all her dad's attention because she would run up to him. Akari wouldn't stop so this made Nanami think that she's hogging all his attention. Her dad didn't understand why the daughter he loved seemed to always want to get away from Akari, it got to the point where she's just even started constantly questioning her dad whether Akari was even her stepsister, he didn't know what to do so often about it. One day, he saw Nanami's diary and saw what she wrote in it, "Dear diary, i just don't want to be a stepsister to Akari, i did not ask to become one, i am prejudiced against the idea of having a new family that's different!" He was shocked at the revelation, it was super unexpected. So, when Nanami got home, her father interrogated her and she said, "It is what it is." Because of it, he took her to her room, telling her she's grounded for one day. Because of it, he had no choice but to divorce Akari's mom whom he remarried but didn't even tear up and remained compassionate and left with Akari who felt sorry for Nanami. After they left and never came back anymore, Nanami's dad teared up and bawled harder and harder. Afterwards, he stopped not long after he understood that Nanami never asked to be a stepsister because she didn't know how to care for someone like her this different like her blonde hair and blue eyes like her mother Yukiko and stuff like that all because he couldn't understand the words, "Why her? Not me?" for it. What happens next?
