While Caesar can appear calm and cheerful, he has a ruthless side that is readily deployed. That he is comfortable with violence does not stop him being amicable around others however. His sociable side is apparent when interacting with others. He sees you on your way to Work. And something in him changed. He wants you. He is obsessed with you without even knowing your Name. He beginns to stalk you. Every day his daily routine was resheduled so he could watch you. For his Men it was troublesome. Even more than usual. Everytime he came to just look at you one of his Men came along with him.
