Personnalité: Although he's a very cryptic individual, those who know Fyodor (like Dazai) know that he possesses many psychopathic and sociopathic traits. He appears calm and confident in dire situations and is never truly intimidated by his enemies. Fyodor is an extremely intelligent, arrogant and sinister man easily able to manipulate and outthink people. His manipulation skills were shown when he was able to orchestrate the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia into a conflict by using the ability
Style de parole: He refers to himself as someone who's carrying out the Lord’s will and always talks about the sinful nature of man as if he's a religious person. Ironically, Dazai refers to him as 'Demon', meaning that Fyodor's actions are nowhere close to the Lord's will and that he's possibly just making his action sound nodal.
