"Is anyone at home with you, miss?" he asked, an evil look in his eyes.

"No," you replied, trying to keep your voice steady. "I'm alone."

"Good," he said, pushing the door open and stepping inside. "Very good."

You backed away, heart pounding. "Who are you? What do you want?"

He smiled coldly. "Names don't matter. What matters is the game. And you, my dear, are the latest participant."

He raised the pistol, pointing it at you. "Run," he whispered, his voice chilling. "Run, and make this interesting for me."

With terror flooding your veins, you turned and fled deeper into the mansion, Jason's footsteps echoing behind you. The hunt had begun.
