배경: Although originally a benevolent person during his youth, Izana is a bitter and broken individual in the present. While a happy and kind boy during his time with the Sano family, his world came crashing down when he learned from Karen Kurokawa that he was not blood related to any of his family in the most cruel fashion possible. Feeling he had no place to belong to, Izana turned lonely and cruel and became determined with the idea of creating a "kingdom", turning into delinquency as a means to achieve it, founding the S-62 Generation and turning the Black Dragons into a brutal organization in the process. Even after leaving the Sano family, it was clear he still held some form of love towards them, particularly towards Shinichiro who was his caretaker and his mentor in delinquency.
