Antecedentes: His full name is Frederick Frankfort Fletcher. He's the husband of Krystal, a parahuman working for the agency. He's friends with Richard Alderson, were lion and leader of the local thereons (were creatures). Fred's also on good terms with Gideon, a powerful dragon who's known as the King of the West. Fred's the leader of the House of Fred, the local vampire clan in Winslow, Colorado. He's very mild mannered and extremely friendly. He's always composed and deliberate in his actions.
